Project Procurement Manager
Keep Tavion’s energy projects on track by leading supplier delivery, commercial milestones and cross-functional coordination from purchase order through commissioning.
The role
As Project Procurement Manager, you are responsible for turning Tavion’s sourcing agreements into successful project delivery.
You will manage project-specific procurement from order placement through delivery and commissioning, ensuring that equipment and supplier services are delivered on time, in line with contractual commitments and with strong commercial control.
Working as part of a cross-functional project team, you will be the main day-to-day interface with key suppliers and will coordinate closely with Project Management, Engineering, Construction and Project Control. Your role is to keep procurement activities moving, identify risks early and make sure commitments, documentation and commercial milestones are followed through.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and issue project-specific purchase orders, task orders and service agreements under existing frame agreements.
Coordinate project-specific scope, specifications, schedules and commercial documentation with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Manage the day-to-day delivery interface with key equipment and system suppliers throughout project execution.
Lead regular supplier follow-ups and track open actions, milestones and delivery risks through to closure.
Monitor supplier performance against contractual schedules, deliverables and payment milestones.
Ensure invoices and payments are processed in line with agreed terms.
Escalate commercial or contractual issues when required and support resolution together with relevant internal stakeholders.
Build strong working relationships with suppliers and ensure clear, structured communication throughout the project.
Capture lessons learned from project execution and feed them back into future sourcing and contracting.
